Melissa (Lemon balm)

Melissa, also called Lemon balm is a perennial herb in the mint family, native to Southern Europe and the Mediterranean region. It is used as flavoring in desserts such as ice cream but is primarily used in herbal teas.



Linden is one of three English names for the tree genus Tilia. Although Linden is listed as the preferred medicinal species, it is also used medicinally and somewhat interchangeably.



Fennel is a highly aromatic and flavorful herb with culinary and medical uses. It makes an excellent use for garnishes, ads strong flavor to green salads, and it can also be added to sauces or served with pudding.
